Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
As many of you may know, my mum Elizabeth lost her battle with Leukaemia in August 2012. My mum was lucky enough to be treated in The Royal Marsden Hospital in Sutton and since she was diagnosed in 2011 I have made a commitment to keep raising as much money as possible for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.
I have made a decided that this year I will set myself the biggest challenge yet! The Surrey Half Marathon 2015. This is a very daunting challenge for me, but I'm sure that if I put enough training in, that I will be able to do it fine!
I am asking for as much sponsorship as possible again, and am trying to earn your sponsorship by taking on more difficult challenges each time, so please spare a few pounds to support a great cause!
Throughout the last few years I have raised nearly £3000 through doing events like these. I hope that I can raise another £1000 to make a big difference to the research and care which The Royal Marsden provide.
