Thanks for visiting my fundraising page for the Yorkshire 3 peaks and Singing with Dionne! It is going to be on BBC 1 saturday night on the 17th of JULY!

If it was not enough that I was going to do the big walk I now have to sing for my supper! For those of you who don't know - I am singing live on stage with Dionne Warwick!!!! yes its not a typo! Dionne Warwick!!!! I am on a BBC show called Tonight is the Night and I am singing 'What the world needs now' with the amazing diva legend herself! Please be generous because I am never going to top this! After this weekend I hope to change the pic to one of me and Dionne to prove to you all I have not gone mad - again!

The British Heart Foundation is a very special charity to me that covers quite a few experiences in my life. Through the specialist scans we had when our baby was diagnosed with just a half a heart we were able to know just how terminal Mary's prognosis was and we were able to prepare for the worst of times. Then happily when I was pregnant with Ruby those same scans gave us hope and the good news that all was well. I then myself had a scare in 2008 when my heart decided to go into fisrt degree block and I gave Paul the scare of his life! All is well now but with a family history of dodgy hearts, not to mention a mum with AF I feel compelled to do my little bit and walk 25 miles up some mountains!
