Thanks for visiting my fundraising page!!!

On Sunday we completed the Run To The Beat Malf Marathon. It rained all the way but we thoroughly enjoyed it! I lost Tony at the 8 mile drinks station (I think he was having a crafty pint!) so we ran the last 5.1 miles on our own (well, with 12,448 other people, anyway!). This was my first half marathon and my target time was around 2 hours, so 1hr 59 was a real achievement!

In spite of soggy feet and generally being soaked wet through (and that was before the start!) we had a fantastic time and are already planning our next one!

Thank you so much to everyone who sponsored us, but if you haven't, my page will be open and accepting donations for a few weeks yet! Tony and I have raised around £500 so far for Help for Heroes which, if you have seen the video, I'm sure you will agree is a worthwhile cause.
