Story
I am completely putting myself out of my comfort zone after years of social anxiety in memory of my Mum. I'm taking part in the biggest mass nude sea dook in Scotland ever. If it wasn't for the ladies and gents from the Fife dippers mental health dipping society I would never have considered doing this in a million years. They've welcomed me into their dipping family and shown immense kindness and given me massive support to even get in the sea let alone go in naked so a huge thanks to all of them. This is totally putting myself out my comfort zone massively as to say as a larger lady I'm self conscious of my body is an understatement and mostt of all to have been able to meet and interact with people I'd never met before as this is something I've never been able to do for years so if I can achieve this I can achieve anything!!!! I just wish my mum was here to see the progress I'm making and all the small changes to my life right now as I know she'd be so so proud of me ❤️ I'm gonna kick anxietys' ass!!!! 🥰🥰 Thanks for even reading this folks
Love Lou ❤️
