WE DID IT! We walked from The London Eye to Hampton Court Palace to help prevent a mental health crisis. Thank you for your support!

Story

One in four of us will develop a mental health issue at some point in our lives. That is the statistic before you add Covid-19 into the equation. The pandemic and lockdown has led to a rise in mental health issues for many people across the globe. With the future of charity funding unsure, we are putting our boots on to make sure the services we provide can continue. By sponsoring us you could help us: Deliver Covid-19 school workshops, giving pupils the opportunity to talk about their experiences and teach them coping tools Offer Resilience training workshops to more key workers and those in voluntary sector roles on the front line Provide a weekly 30 min befriending call to someone suffering through loneliness Keep our Helpline (020 3137 9590) operating 7 days a week. Just £10 can provide one of our low cost counselling and psychotherapy sessions to someone in need. Thank you for visiting our page. Your support is appreciated, if you can, please add Gift Aid.
