Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
As a lot of you will know, my little brother Luke Patmore who attended Uplands Community College was sadly taken from us in September 2015 aged 13. His death was sudden which really made an impact on us his family and friends. Luke was taken to Pembury hospital on 10th September 2015 after suffering a cardiac arrest at school, later he was transferred up to London Evelina children's hospital where they battled to save him however sadly, he passed away the following day on the 11th September.
In his memory I am participating in the Thames Bridges Trek which is a 25km trek across London. The event takes place on the 10th September which is a important day to me as it will mark the 1 year anniversary of the tragic event. I'm doing this to raise money for the Evelina to give something back for everything they did to try and help my brother. The Evelina is the second largest specialised hospital for kids in London which battles everyday to save children's life's and give daily treatments for life effecting illnesses.
Every donation big or small will help give children specialist care and the help they need in order to save more lives.
