Louise's Hackney half marathon

In May 2017 I turned 50 and decided to make it a year of taking on new challenges and raise some money for charity. I kick started the year by losing 20 pounds in weight (which was my first fundraising challenge). So far since May 2017 I've completed the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge and also completed eight 10k runs (organised runs with medals) plus training runs between 7-9 miles, plus some long walks as part of my training (between 12-23 miles). To finish my birthday year, before I turn 51, I will be taking on the Hackney Half Marathon in May 2018. I only started running eleven months ago so this will be my biggest challenge yet. I'm running to support to the wonderful Providence Row.
