I'm running the Royal Parks Half Marathon! I wanted to challenge myself to a half marathon and now have to opportunity, training is underway and its all about completing the distance! I plan on going slow and steady and increasing my milage over the next two months! I work for the YMCA and know the good they do in communities all over the world! One YMCA covers herts/beds and bucks, and I am proud to be part of the charity and have the opportunity to raise vital funds for there ongoing work in the community!
