Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Last Sept we set up the charity and set about asking for help raising the much needed funds to obtain the caravan so we could offer the much breaks away to the children of QAH.

I wanted to personally to do something that was at the time unachievable. So I set about training for the great south run, now i'm the first to admit that at the time the ground would not have taken kindly to me thumping down on it so my first task was to lose some much needed weight.

Now that i've achieved this my next task is to build up my running. One my first session, all I can say is thank Christ it was just the cows that could see me.

I still have long way to go but with motivation I know I will complete the course, maybe not in marathon timing, but complete it non the less.
