The wonderwomen of D8 are all taking part in the Pretty Muddy Race for Life - we're running for two charities, half of us for for Myeloma UK and half for Cancer Research UK, both of which have been chosen for personal reasons.

This is my very small way of showing support to everyone currently fighting cancer - but in particular for Sarah, and her friends and family. With love from extended friends over in Scotland. x
