This October I have taken up the challenge of running the Great South Run for the Rowans Hospice in memory of David.  It is almost 3 years since we was taken from us but not a single day goes by without him being in our thoughts.  

The Rowans Hospice looked after David in his last days and that is something I will be eternally grateful for.  They have also over the years been a great support to me offering me bereavement counselling and also giving me advise and support on how to deal with questions I have from Emily.
