Story
Just want to say this was a fantastic experience, although very tough at times, I was left with such a feel good factor I want to continue cycling and will hopefully take part in more of these rides.
A HUGE thank you to each and everyone of you who have sponsored and supported me, I have exceeded my target and this will be greatly appreciated by Diabetes UK.
Thanks to all the Insight Team who took part, and special thanks to Katherine Larrier and Terry Joseph who were by my side the entire ride. :-)

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
So I am actually getting off my backside and going to do something this year other than take another HOLIDAY!
Today 3million people in the uk have Diabetes, upto 850,000 of those people don't even know they have the condition. Three people die from Diabetes related complications every hour and 100 toe, foot and lower limb amputations are caused by Diabetes in a week.
Approx 10per cent of the NHS budget is spent on Diabetes and related illness. By 2025 it is estimated that 5million of us will be living with diabetes.
Diabetes, is an illness that some very close members of my family have to live with on a daily basis. We all need to be aware of the symptoms and how with just a few changes to our daily routine we can help to avoid developing Diabetes.
Diabetes UK fund pioneering research into care, cure and prevention for all types of Diabetes. They provide support, care and advice for Diabetics and their families.
So on Sunday 22nd September I along with my some friends, and colleagues will be cycling from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle on a 45miles bike ride!
Please support me in this challenge to raise as much money as possible for Diabetes UK.
