My fiance dave hobbs and I are taking up the challenge to run over 13 miles in the great north run in september 2013. We are running to raise money for an amazing charity 'Loros'

This charity is a hospice which cares for terminally ill patients and supports their family through the tough times. This charity holds a very special place in our hearts through the support they gave my mum in novemeber 2009 when she lost her short, brave battle with cancer. They made her last days as best and comfortable as they could and supported the family through the extremely difficult time.

After seeing the amazing work they do we wanted to give back as much as we can in order to help fund the charity, which is soley run on donations.

This time a few months ago I could barely run 1 mile but with support from your donations, and Dave's shouting at me whilst running not to give up. I am determined to complete it.
