I intend once again to run my 4th Baker Hughes 10K on May 23rd to raise funds for CLAN.

CLAN offers help to anyone affected by cancer - either personally or as a carer or relative, to help them cope with physical and emotional distress. They provide free support, counselling, information, complementary therapies, group meetings, activities, transport, home/hospital visiting, a holiday home and affordable B&B accommodation.

Having lost many friends, family and patients tragically to cancer, I wanted to do something to raise much required funds to help support a charity like CLAN.

CLAN has a small target of raising 3 million pounds in the next 2 years to build a new cancer support centre.  CLAN's new support centre will offer lot's more services and accommodation to anyone affected by cancer.
