I am running in order to support one of the bravest most inspiring women I've had the pleasure to meet and work with in the past few years. Julie is 40 Mum to two young boys and has been through a nasty cancer, chemo and radiotherapy, she is an athlete and cancer has tried to take this from her - she will not let it. I want to support her as she takes on her first marathon since the cancer diagnosis - inside is still the ultrarunner she was and will be again. The Wessex Cancer Trust are an amazing charity helping so many wonderful people as they go through the cancer journey and are there long after to continually support and advise. Cancer affects all of us, I lost my step mum last year to a horrible cancer, l have watched friends battle through and I know it could be anyone of us. Please donate what you can x this is not going to be easy but it will be a life experience.
