Growing up, I spent many happy days with my Nana but sadly, she developed Alzheimer's Disease. I am doing this walk to help the charity raise money for people with Alzheimer's, their families and carers. It is an amazing charity and one that means a lot to me, as my Nana is one the most special people in my life.

For those of you who know my Mum, she does not walk anywhere but is as willing as I am to complete the walk with me. My Auntie Claire, Uncle Rob and baby Harry are also taking part in this memorable and very worthy cause, as it means so much to all of our family.

We would be very grateful for any donations, no matter how small, as it will all go towards our target and a wonderful charity.
