On Christmas Day 2011 it will be the 10th Anniversary of the day that my husband Barry had his heart transplant at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle following serious illness.    I want to mark this special day by raising some money to support the Freeman Heart and Lung Transplant Association in recognition of the amazing work that they do and as a thankyou for the amazing care he has recieved and continues to receive over the last ten years.  We cant thank them enough and with your help hope to be able to raise funds to help them continue the fantastic work that they do.   Im very grateful for any donations no matter how big or small and I thank you for taking the time to support this very worthy cause.
