Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This year I will be my first time in the Great North Run, running for Breast Cancer Now, a charity for anyone affected by breast cancer. The last eighteen months have not just impacted charities abilities to raise money and provide support, but have also negatively affected diagnosis and treatment. Now, more than ever, those who are affected by breast cancer need charities such as Breast Cancer Now, who give them support and hope, as well as being involved in research and life-changing care.

I never really considered myself as a runner, however, the last six months were as good as time as any to take on something new and to challenging myself, and what is a better challenge than running the Great North Run, the World's biggest (by participation) and best half marathon!
