Breast Cancer Now's wear it pink day is one of the biggest fundraising events in the UK and is taking place on 22 October during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Story

Breast Cancer Now's wear it pink day, October 22nd, is one of the biggest fundraising events in the UK.

The anniversary of my diagnosis is 8 days before that, October 15th.  So, I will be attempting to cycle 365km in 9 days, 15th to 23rd (I would normally do 100-170km per week).  A small donation to Breast Cancer Now would motivate me almost as much as any of you joining me on a ride one day. My work collegues will be wearing it pink at our virtual team meeting on 20th, and I hope that any of you joining me on the roads of Cambridgeshire wear pink too, on either 20th or any other date 15th to 22nd October.
