After a 2 year break/recovery, I've decided to attempt the Manchester 10k again...

It was one of the hardest physical things I've ever done but also one of my proudest moments crossing the finishing line.

 

This year, I am joining a team of Co-operative Group Graduates to raise money for 'Forever Manchester Community Youth Fund'. The money raised will help young people in Greater Manchester. Please dig deep; it's for a great cause!
