Make-A-Wish UK grant magical wishes to enrich the lives of children and young people fighting life-threatening conditions. Granting their wish provides seriously ill children with hope for the future, strength to cope and resilience to fight their condition. They’re given quality time away from the daily realities of living with their condition and given the chance to make magical memories they can treasure forever – whatever their future may hold. We want to transform the lives of 1,000 children this year by granting their One True Wish!

My daughter Annie Smart is now 7 years old and has a life limiting condition called RETT Syndrome. Annie was granted a wish 2 years ago , which was wonderful for us as a whole family. Life can be really difficult on a daily basis, attending numerous hospital appointments, providing 24hr care and dealing with a constant battle of managing her ongoing symptoms that make life hard. A wish really gives the child and the family something to look forward to and leaves a wonderful memory forever.

Sue Sari, Soner Sari, Clare Spencer, Ellie Dickson ,Kelly Jarvis and myself have joined together to become ‘Team Annie’! We are prepared to run 26 miles to raise money & awareness for this amazing charity!

This charity is invaluable and we now want to say ‘Thank you’ and give something back ! We are aiming to raise in excess of £10,000 to help other children like Annie ❤️
