Story

From 21st - 23rd June 2019, my lovely friend Lanaya and I will be up in the Lake District; scaling 5 of the Lake's most demanding peaks - including England's highest point, Scafell Pike, plus walking 14 miles in just 12 hours! We are doing this to raise funds for the amazing St Catherine's Hospice, who took such good care of my darling Uncle in his final weeks. Not only is it an extremely worthy cause, but the 23rd June would have been David's 71st birthday, and what a meaningful way to spend it.

Lanaya and I have been friends since we were 13 years old, and were each other's bridesmaids. Lanaya loves the Lakes, and is a wonderfully supportive friend!

St Catherine's vision is for a world where everyone facing death and bereavement can do so informed, supported and pain free. Their team of experts are there for people in West Sussex and East Surrey when they need support the most, and they rely on donations to be able to offer their pioneering care. Please donate today and help St Catherine's be there for people when life comes full circle.
