Story
Having smashed his target of raising £4,500 in 2018, Louis has decided to contine fundraising for Free Kicks Foundation beyond he original target up to £15,000 by the end of 2020.
Louis was lucky enough to be selected by the Freekicks Foundation to take part in a mascot day and kit-launch at Peterborough United in 2017. They were two of the best days of Louis life.
Louis has decided that he is going to spend 2018, raising raising the money to give to the Free Kicks Foundation so they can send 18 disadvantaged children on similar experiences to the one that he was so lucky to be selected for recently.
Louis will achieve the approx £4,500 required (supported by his parents and his twin sister, Lexie) by doing a number of special events and sponsorship challenges throughout 2018. These will include quizes, a sponsored swim and many other fundraising events.
The Free Kicks Foundation is a wonderful charity, giving deserving children a day at their favourite football club that they will remember for the rest of their lives. They are Peterborough United Football Club's Charity of the Year for the season 2017/2018. Peterborough's Chairman, Darragh Macanthony is the charity's Patron and the Club's captain (and by some margin, Louis' favourite footballer), Jack Baldwin is an ambassador. The charity is run on an entirely voluntarily basis by it's founders Sam Downing and Steve Thorpe. Two of the nicest, kindest people Louis has ever met.
So, if you can help Louis help these deserving children, it would mean the world to him.
