I hit a target of 12,000 pounds for Birmingham children’s hospital, Thank you everyone. I will continue supporting BCH
Last year I walked from Tettenhall to Birmingham Children’s Hospital in 6 hours and 17 miles on Easter Saturday dressed as A Stormtrooper. Isabella loved Star Wars that’s why I wore that costume last year.
I was doing the same walk again in a different costume but unfortunately it's been cancelled because of the Coronavirus.
This years walk is a special walk as raising money for Birmingham Children’s Hospital but also a memory walk in memory of my friend Isabella Lyttle who sadly passed away April 28th last year. All the money raised was to go to BCH.I will be back doing my walk once all this Coronavirus is over.
While that's on hold i will continue fundraising other ways. Thank you for your kind donation and support it means a lot.
At Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity, we believe there’s always more we can do for our sick kids and that’s why we will always strive to do more for our patients and families. It’s our mission to raise the vital funds needed to make a real difference to all who use our hospital
.I am upset that I have had to cancel but it’s out of my hands and I will be doing the walk again as soon as we are allowed to and once all this Coronavirus is over.
Your support empowers us to take innovative approaches to treating some of the sickest children in the UK. Your fundraising enables us to make our hospital feel just like home. Your donations are helping us to find new ways to treat and cure childhood diseases.
