I will be running the Hackney Half Marathon on 22nd May ‘22 to raise money for Parkinson’s UK. This run will be in memory of my legendary father aka Big Tone, who lived with Parkinson’s for many years. Even with this debilitating disease Dad always had a smile on his face and it’s that smile which will get me through the longest distance I’ve ever run!
