Heart Heroes work with children and their families living with heart conditions. We aim to provide services for these children, to help them meet others who are in similar situations and allow their family to talk to other families going through related experiences.

At Heart Heroes we:-
* Support children with heart diseases aged 0 – 16
*Organise events and provide socialising opportunities for children to attend
*We aim to introduce families with similar experiences so that they can support each other.

I'm really not a fan of heights. Especially not very high heights. And I'm really REALLY not a fan of standing on top a perfectly good aeroplane when there is a perfectly good seat available inside it.

So, what better way to raise funds for a great charity than to stand on top of a plane and take to the skies?

Yes. You read that right. I'm going WingWalking. I am going to climb on to the top of a classic 1940s Boeing Stearman biplane, get strapped to a chunk of metal, and go 600ft in the air at speeds of up to 140mph.

Gulp!

So please give generously. The more I raise, the more Heart Heroes will be able to help children and their families. These are children with congenital heart disease and heart problems. They rely on donations to continue their excellent work; allowing the children and their families to meet safely, socialise together, and form a great support network.
