I ran the Brighton Marathon today It was fantastic! The spectators were amazing (especially Chips and my support team!) and I did it in a PB of 4hr15mins! Thanks to Mark Rushall for the tip - there were big, straight people falling all over the place in the heat, Mark,  but I took full advantage of my unusual surface area:volume ratio by soaking myself from head to toe at each water station! Thanks too, to all who sponsored me - I will have raised nearly £600 for Have a Heart. A brillliant day - when is the next one ..?
