We provide help and hope to everyone living with dementia.

Story

On 3rd December 2019, we lost our wonderful Nanny Jean, who so bravely fought dementia in her last few years. Our Grandad Michael is still living with the disease.

1 in 2 of us will be affected by dementia in our lifetimes. Alzheimer's is a horrible thing to watch your loved ones go through, yet despite so many people having personal experiences with it, so little is known about it and there is still no cure. That's why I've decided to run the London Landmarks Half Marathon to raise money for the incredible charity, Alzheimer's Society, who fund research into the disease and provide support for those affected by it.

As someone who is not by any means sporty, this is definitely a challenge! So I'd be so grateful for anyone's support. No matter how big or small your donation, you'd be making such a difference to so many people. Thank you!

"Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice."
