I did it! I may not have been the fastest but I finished and I have the sore muscles to prove it.

I decided to take part in the Great South run 2008 in memory of my lovely Nan, Micky.  She was always so full of life and was always on the go - I hope that my raising money for this charity can give people the chance to have more time with their nan/mum/dad/friend/loved ones and for people to not suffer in the way that I saw my nan suffer towards the end of her life.
