My friend's (Cathy Bond) Aunty Ruth simply slipped in the kitchen one day and suffered a serious injury to the spine leaving her paralysed. Hard to imagine being so active and then totally incapacitated within seconds!! She is being supported and rehabilitated by SUAG.   

We are going to climb the 3 National Peaks of Ben Nevis, Scafel Pike and Mount Snowdon in 24 hours to raise funds for this caring charity so they can continue their great work in helping Aunty Ruth in her rehabilitation.
