Thank you for taking the time to visit my just giving page.  I decided to abseil down Harlow water tower to raise money for Cafod because I have recently become one of the Cafod reps for my church and this has reminded me of all the great work that Cafod do for lots of people who are facing real difficulties and who are living without many of the things that we take for granted e.g. clean drinking water. 

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.  It was definately more scary going up than coming down.  I would be very grateful for any donations that are made.  This year CAFOD celebrates fifty years of helping others.  I am very happy to have done my bit to support them.
