As you may already know(if you have been fortunate enough to have been subjected to our traumatic tales of training, including knee and ankle injuries, being knocked down… !) We shall be running the London marathon on Sunday 13^th April.

We are running to raise money for the Spinal Injuries Association - a charity which provides appropriate services for spinal cord injured people from the moment of injury and for the rest of their lives.

We would greatly appreciate any donations no matter how big or small, every little helps!!
