Story
I have set myself the challenge of completing the London Classics in one year in 2022. I will be running the London Marathon, cycling 100 miles in Ride London and swimming 2 miles in the Serpentine Swim in 2022. I think this will be a massive challenge and great commitment to training will be required. I am doing this in order to raise money for St John’s Ambulance. St John’s Ambulance is a fantastic charity that literally saves lives by responding to emergencies, supporting communities and providing first aid training to help others to save lives. The last two years have been challenging for us all, but St John’s Ambulance have been at the forefront of the battle against the pandemic, supporting the NHS and the vaccination programme. If you have ever attended a large event, such as a run, concert, football match, festival, it will have been supported by these wonderful volunteers, ensuring the life saving first aid is provided as quickly as possible.
I would like to give something back for all the great work that they have been doing.
