We are Lorna & Tara, and both very much enjoy cycling, but this year we are stepping it up a gear and taking on the challenge of cycling the length of Ireland for a very worthy cause.

Our aim is to raise €4000 for Cystic Fibrosis Ireland.  CF Ireland does not receive any core state funding and rely solely on donations and public fundraising.   All monies raised help fund services such as dedicated CF units in hospitals; direct support for patients and their families as well as essential funding for medical research. 

Cystic Fibrosis is an inherited genetic life limiting condition that makes it difficult to breath and causes vulnerability to infection.  A particularly pertinent cause given the battle with Covid-19. Children and adults are fighting hard to live their lives with this condition everyday, and we feel this fundraising event is our way of contributing to their journey.
