Call me stupid or mad, I was persuaded to run the manchester 10k with Jill to raise money for a great charity, I would appreciate any donations however small. As you may also know this is a personal challenge for me, as I have never ran 10k (or even 1k!) before, however knowing the charity does such good work I said yes ... Eek!
