Accord provide palliative care for those nearing the end of their lives.  They provide individual care to those that need it and have asked for help in raising much needed funds for their vital work.  I'm doing this in memory of my mum, whom I wished had been able to gain access to the care that Accord provides.  So many people (and their families) are in need of such services and there are so few, please spare the price of a coffee or kebab to offer families some respite and support at what can only be described as the most devastating time in their lives.
