#Brownsmudderfudders are facing the tough terrains, electrocution & trenches of ToughMudder 2014 to raise awareness and support for those who have been affected by suicide directly or indirectly whether it be themselves, a friend or a family member.

We ask, how could someone so kind and beautiful take their own life?  A great childhood, tight knit family and a sea of amazing friends -- we don't know either.  What could make this person plan their own death without no warning signs, or obvious, known mental health issues?

It's a mythical subject that isn't spoken of or even thought about until it happens to someone you know, or know of.  

Let's break these social barriers so that people know where they can turn to, without being judged, or made to feel like a social outcast.

As a society, we can bring this to light to help prevent other innocent people falling victim of what seems to be a rising epidemic - especially in young men - by supporting charities like Papryus that have provided thousands with non-judgemental advice and continuous support.
