Lookers have taken on the Ben Industry Leader Challenge to raise money for Ben while at the same time educating consumers about electric vehicles by undertaking a carbon neutral relay.

We’re travelling 2,000 miles across the UK and Ireland to each of our 155 dealerships using only electric or hybrid cars. We kicked off our challenge at Audi Dublin in May and are continuing our relay until the challenge culminates at Mercedes-Benz Eastbourne in October.  

A wide range of fundraising activities are planned along the way, from carbon neutral days and green energy workshops to test drive events and golf days so watch this space to see when and where you can join in. 

We're also going one step further in our commitment to the environment with plans to adopt areas of woodland along the route and purchasing carbon credits to ensure our journey remains completely carbon-neutral.

We will announce the total raised by the Electric Charge at the charity's flagship ball in December, as well as hand over the Ben Industry Leader Challenge baton to the next recipient. But there's a lot to fit in before then so keep your eyes peeled for us at your nearest dealership.
