We have got at far as talking about bike riding outside (and one trip to Windsor park), but it is still very cold and we have almost 10 weeks to go :-). Anyway I am sure spinning will keep us fit and it will soon  be warmer outside ....

On Saturday the 30th of May I will be joining more then 2,000 other women in the "Women v Cancer - Ride the night" cycle ride. The route will take us a 100 km journey from Windsor Racecourse to London and back.

The event is in aid of supporting three UK Cancer charities: Breast Cancer Care, Ovarian Cancer Action and Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust. Last year they raised over £1 million in one night and it would be great to help them to beat that this year.

Any donations, big or small, are going to a great course and the bike ride will be fun.
