On July 20th me and two others, Matt and Sean Heal, will take on the huge challenge of cycling 300 miles in 4 days making our way from London to Paris.

We are raising money for the Alzheimer’s society which is a cause close to our hearts, as this devastating illness has effected both of our families and close friends.

Any money you can spare would be much appreciated by all of us and will help the charity challenge perceptions, fund research and improve care and support.
