Story

The Winterflood marathon team will be running the London Marathon this year in support of the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC). They are a really great cause changing children's lives around the UK that are less fortunate than most, Winterflood are proud to be part of their mission.

Every 25 seconds a child will contact Childline. Counsellors are there to help children with the problems they're facing, online and on the phone, 365 days a year. Cruelty to children is rising and the NSPCC need our help to ensure all the children in need get the help they deserve. Your support will help make sure they are there to listen and respond quickly when a child reaches out to them.

Winterfloods team consists of Charlie Vaux, Joe Roulland, James Wharton and Ellis Curren. Most members will be aiming for below 3 hours 30 minutes. For many, training has already started and can be followed on their Strava Profiles.

Thank you for taking the time to read our page.
