I am taking on the challenge of the London Duathlon 2021. That’s 10k run, 44k cycle, 5k run to finish!!  A real physical and mental challenge and one I can’t wait to take on. 

Precious Heidi Anne Lee was born sleeping on 31st October 2020. At 37+6 weeks pregnant, Rachael, Heidis mum was diagnosed with HELLP syndrome and given the devestating news her daughter had passed away. She then found herself critically ill and spent 48 hours in Intensive Care after Heidi was delivered via c-section under general anaesthetic. Andy, Heidi’s dad was then left with the heartbreaking decision to meet his daughter alone.

Action on Pre Eclampsia is there for women who have suffered because of this awful disease and is involved with world class research into the disease as so much is still unknown. 1 in 20 women in the UK will be diagnosed with Pre Eclampsia.
