Story

Habitat for Humanity, LSEG Foundation partner charity since 2010,  has launched an appeal in support of the areas affected in the Philippines by Thyphoon Haiyan. Habitat for Humanity has been present in the Philippines since 1998 and can rely on considerable experience in the field. Their Disaster Response Teams is ready to deliver immediate and practical support on the ground through provision of emergency shelter kits now, and is preparing for the major re-building programme needed in the weeks and months ahead.

If you want to make a difference supporting an effective and measurable programme, donate towards this appeal.

LSEG Foundation will match any funds raised.

We believe decent homes are the heartbeat of strong communities and so we also fight for land rights for women, upgrade urban slums and informal settlements, improve access to water and sanitation, and help communities become more resilient in the face of natural disasters.
