THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR CLICKING ON MY LINK 🥰
I feel like the luckiest person I know right now because I get to run the London Marathon AGAIN!!!!
I also get to raise money for an epic charity. I have to admit I enjoyed the fundraising as much as the training and actual event last time 🙂
So many people supported me last year and now I get to take you all on this epic journey again whilst supporting a very different charity.
This time my cause is much less personal than it was last year but that doesn’t make it any less important. Back in 2008 I spent my honeymoon in Kenya and was shocked to see women and children actually carrying water in buckets on their head for miles because that was the closest clean source. Even though I’d seen it on the tele, I still found it hard to acknowledge that this was people’s every day reality. We’re fast approaching 2020 and there are STILL people living without access to fresh, clean water and sanitation. Please help me do something about this by supporting this wonderful charity who are working to fix this huge issue.
I’ve always been someone who wants to make a positive difference. I get involved in things, I happily give up my time to help others with things big or small. I feel good when I know I’ve helped someone else.
After the huge success of my fundraising in 2019, I decided that I wanted to up the ante for myself and try to raise £10000 for charity before I turn 40. I’ve got a few years left and I’m almost half way. I’d like your help and support to make both my marathon journey with WaterAid and my £10k target a reality.
Along the way I’ll be hosting online raffles, events and of course accepting any generous donations you feel able and willing to give.
Oh, and did you know, WaterAid and I share the same birthday but the charity is a year older than me 😜
