Story
Hi everyone!
I’ve been very lucky to be chosen to run in the London Marathon on 23rd April 2023 for Prostate Cancer UK.
Not only have I been given the challenge of running 42.1km across London, but also challenging myself of aiming to raise £5,000 for this amazing charity which is very close to my family.
In 2008 my Dad got diagnosed with prostate cancer, it was hard for me to understand at 13 how cancer could affect this big strong superhuman who is my Dad. As I grew older I realised how difficult this time was not only for my Dad, but how hard it was for my whole family. I am very proud to say my Dad beat prostate cancer and I still have my big strong superhuman here today.
Prostate cancer kills 1 in 8 men. That's one dad, partner, brother, son, grandad, uncle or friend. I'm raising money to help fund lifesaving research and support for men and their families affected by prostate cancer.
Thank you to everyone who donates and supports along the way <3!!
