Story
Like many others, I have spent most of lockdown and the following months becoming a runner. I've found I enjoy it, really enjoy it. It gives me a mental break on the days I run and has given me goals to aspire to, be it improving my times or gradually increasing distances. The London Marathon has to be many people's ultimate running dream and I'm no different, I also realised it was an excellent way to raise vital funds for a cause close to my heart.
I'm running the London Marathon for Prostate Cancer UK. Prostate cancer kills 1 in 8 men. That's one dad, partner, brother, son, grandad, uncle or mate. I'm raising money to help fund lifesaving research and support for men and their families affected by prostate cancer. Anything you can donate is really appreciated and I really hope together we can raise £4,000 to help them continue their amazing work.
