Story

Do you know the song by Snap, ‘Rhythm is a Dancer’??

Well keep that tune in your head and sing ‘Rhythm is a dancer,Jonny Ball’s got prostrate cancer’,and I promise you you wont be able to stop singing it in your head!!

I was diagnosed just over a year ago,and I feel like I’ve told anyone who’ll listen that I’ve got prostate cancer, not that I want people to feel sorry for me,that’s the last thing in the world I would want,it’s never about me I just feel that it’s important that men have the conversation.Im ok with it,it was caught early, and it could be a million times worse,it could be one of our sons,Ollie or Mac,and I’m so so thankful it’s me and I’m in control,it’s not going to kill me,it just means I can’t wear a lighter coloured trouser anymore!!

My wife, who is the most amazing woman I know has hit the nail on the head,it’s cancer, but it’s cancer lite!!!

Anyway thank you for having a look, reading this rubbish, and spread the word, get checked!!

Thank you

Jon xx
