Entry into this plod was gifted to me by Helen for my birthday,  who i think just wants a couple of hours of peace and quiet, while i run around the streets of London town for 13.1 miles. That is, if she can find someone to look after the boys while I do. 

Yes, I have reached an age where I have become more aware of this type of cancer and not many men talk about it or even get tested. 

So, I'm running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Prostate Cancer UK. Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men in the UK. That's one dad, partner, brother, son, grandad, uncle or mate. I'm raising money to help fund lifesaving research and support for men and their families affected by prostate cancer.
