I was lucky enough to get a place through the ballot last year for London Landmarks Half Marathon on 2 April 2023. Whilst I like a jog and a chat with some wonderful friends, this distance and on the road is a totally different beast!

I want to raise aware of prostate cancer and I'm running for Prostate Cancer UK because their resources and research offer hope of a national screening programme. This will help so many more families that are affected by this awful disease. Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men in the UK. That's one dad, partner, brother, son, grandad, uncle or mate.
