Story
The coronavirus pandemic has dramatically affected millions of people who have been left without a job, income and the ability to buy basic life essentials including food for themselves and their family.
I'm doing what I can to support those in need by raising money for Micah Liverpool. Micah Liverpool is a social justice charity that has been set up to relieve Liverpool residents from social injustice and poverty. They are currently running projects to combat unemployment and deliver emergency food aid and affordable food.
With this mind, I was due to race at the Staffordshire Ironman 70.3 on 7th June and the event has been cancelled BUT... I am not letting that stop me from completing the distance this year. So I plan to swim in the garden, bike 90 km and run 21.1 km from my house/transition instead!
I have bought a tshirt from Kindred to support NHS Charities Together and will wear it for my run:

If you wish to support Micah Liverpool, NHS Charities Together or my event please make a donation however much you like. Every little bit will help!
Thanks so much and Stay Safe!
Emma
